2010 MBC Research Program
Our organization "A Man's Pink" and website, along with "Out of the Shadow of Pink" have been asked to participate in a MBC research program which will be conducted by the Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center in Boston MA, which will focus on the physical and psychologic consequences of male breast cancer diagnoses and is scheduled to begin in the Spring of 2010.
The first stage of this program will involve a survey to be completed by MBC patients and survivors. The actual outline for the program will be listed here shortly but in the meantime we are soliciting MBC patients and survivors to volunteer to register now to become part of this program which will eventually offer much needed information to provide improved diagnosis and treatment for men diagnosed with breast cancer.
